We accept cancellations & amendments to the starting date of your confirmed reservation up to 7 days prior to your arrival.
An administration fee of $50.00 applies on cancellations & charges may apply for amendments.
We accept cancellations within 7 days prior to your arrival date or when in house, refunds are subject to your accommodation being 'on sold' & may include administration charges.
The provision of your credit card details is your confirmation of your reservation, payment for your accommodation, incidental charges, security against loss/damages limited by cost, key deposit of $200.00 per apartment. Our emailed confirmation to you, is our confirmation of supply to your accommodation booking/reservation. If your accommodation needs change, upon written request, we will endeavour to 'on sell' your reserved accommodation & provide you with a refund for your unused portion, less any adjustments or charges that may apply.
